1. How are Skin2Skin products made?
Skin2Skin baby products are made using a plant-based formula that includes ingredients like coconut oil and almond oil. These products are designed to soothe and nourish dry skin, providing a gentle alternative to harmful ingredients such as mineral oil and paraben ensuring that the delicate skin of infants is treated with care and sensitivity.

2. How do you say that Skin2Skin products are all natural and safe for my little ones?
When it comes to our little ones, the standard for "safety" has to be much higher because their skin is thinner, their systems are still developing. Skin2Skin products are safe for little ones because it replaces high-risk conventional chemicals with biocompatible, non-toxic ingredients that are free from endocrine disruptors (paraben) and irritants.

3. Are the products FDA approved?
For brands like Skin2Skin, having an FDA Cosmetic Product Notification confirms the product is registered with health authorities for legal and safe distribution.

4. Where can I order Skin2Skin products?

4. What is your usual shipping time? 
We normally ship out on our next business day.

5. What shipping courier do you use?
We use the approved courier of TikTok with our TikTok Shop.

6. I have issues with my order. What are your return / refund policies?
 A. Returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt date for a refund.
 B. Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
 C. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
 D. The reason for your return should be noted on the front side of your receipt or packing slip.
